Printed graphic panels then attach to the frame under tension, creating a seamless, wrinkle free appearance across the entire surface. How Athletic Facility Building Wrap Projects Work

From initial concept to installed wrap, our team manages every step. Most athletic facility wrap projects are completed in 3 to 5 weeks from design approval to installation and we schedule installations around your athletic calendar so there's zero disruption to games, practices, or events.

Step 1: Consultation & Facility Assessment

We start with a free consultation to understand your branding goals, building dimensions, surface material, and any campus permitting requirements. For complex multi-building projects, we can work from architectural drawings, site photos, or arrange a facility walkthrough.

Step 2: Custom Design & Mockup

Our design team creates a full-scale digital mockup showing exactly how the wrap will look on your building. We overlay your team colors, logos, mascot artwork, and sponsor graphics. You see the final result before we print.

Step 3: Material Selection

We recommend the best material for your facility and regional climate:-

Mesh wraps (DuraMesh) — perforated material that allows airflow and light transmission. Preferred for large building facades in high-wind regions or where interior natural light is important. Printed at high resolution with vibrant colors visible from a distance.

Vinyl wraps — smooth, high-resolution graphics for close-viewing applications. Ideal for press boxes, entry facades, and surfaces where fine detail matters.

Step 4: Production

Graphics are digitally printed using UV-resistant inks rated for 5 to 7 years of outdoor exposure. Standard production takes 5 to 7 business days from design approval.

Step 5: Installation with InvisaFrame

Our InvisaFrame aluminum frame system mounts to the building and holds the wrap under tension. Minimal anchor points, no adhesive on the building surface, no widespread drilling. Graphics stay smooth and professional in all weather conditions. When it's time to update, the graphic panel slides out and a new one slides in the frame stays in place for years of use.

Can building wraps be updated each season for new sponsors?

Yes, this is one of the most popular uses of our InvisaFrame system for athletic facilities. The aluminum frame stays mounted permanently to the building, and the printed graphic panel is a separate piece that slides in and out. When you sign a new sponsor or need to update team branding, we print a new panel and your facilities team can swap it in the same day. Many programs update sponsor panels annually and refresh team branding every 3-5 years.

How do building wraps hold up during football/baseball/outdoor sports seasons?

Our wraps are rated for 5 to 7 years of continuous outdoor exposure across all seasons. DuraMesh and vinyl materials are UV-stabilized, mildew-resistant, and tested in temperatures from -20F to 140F. The InvisaFrame tension-mount system keeps the graphic taut and wrinkle-free even through freeze-thaw cycles, high humidity, and sustained wind. We've installed wraps on athletic facilities across every US climate zone.

Can we include donor and booster recognition on our building wrap?

Absolutely. Many programs dedicate specific panels on their building wraps to donor recognition — naming rights, giving levels, and booster organization logos. With InvisaFrame, individual recognition panels can be updated independently as donors change, without affecting the rest of the wrap. This makes it a practical long-term solution for donor relations, not just a one-time installation.

Do you handle permitting for campus building wrap installations?

We support permitting but do not manage it directly, as campus and municipal requirements vary widely. Our team provides all technical documentation your facilities department needs for permit applications, including material specs, wind load data, mounting details, and installation drawings. For university projects, we've worked successfully with campus planning offices across the country and can advise on common requirements.
